Terms of Service

Effective November 4, 2026

These terms apply when you connect a Google Account to Web Wiz GBP Manager, a tool operated by Web Wiz Online Inc. (“Web Wiz,” “we,” “us”). By connecting an account, you agree to them.

The Service

Web Wiz GBP Manager lets us manage the Google Business Profile listings on the account you connect: publishing posts, uploading photos, replying to reviews, and updating descriptions and services. We provide it as part of our marketing services for you.

Your Account and Authority

• You confirm that you are an owner or manager of the listings on the Google Account you connect, or that the owner has authorized you to connect it.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google Account secure.
• Our Privacy Policy explains what information we access and store.

What We Will and Will Not Do

We will act on your listings only to carry out the work you have asked us to do, and in line with Google’s Business Profile policies. We will not use your account for any other purpose, and we will not change your listing’s ownership or remove its other managers.

Your Responsibilities

The content you ask us to publish, including posts, photos and review replies, must be accurate, lawful, and yours to use. You remain responsible for your business information being correct.

Disconnecting

You can end our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing us. We may also disconnect an account if the engagement ends or if these terms are broken.

No Warranty

The service is provided “as is.” Google controls how listings are displayed and ranked, and we cannot guarantee any particular result, such as rankings, calls or reviews. Google may change or restrict its Business Profile tools, which can affect the service.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Web Wiz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
