Privacy Policy

Web Wiz Online Inc. (“Web Wiz,” “we,” “us”) is a digital marketing agency. This policy explains what information our Web Wiz GBP Manager tool accesses when you connect a Google Account, and what we do with it.

What the Tool Does

Web Wiz GBP Manager lets us manage the Google Business Profile listings of our clients: publishing posts, uploading photos, replying to customer reviews, and updating a listing’s description and services. It works only on listings that belong to the Google Account you connect.

Information We Access

When you connect a Google Account, Google asks you to grant us permission to view and manage your Business Profile listings. Through that permission we can see:

• The email address of the Google Account you connected.
• Your listing details: business name, address, phone number, categories, description, services and website.
• Your listing’s posts, photos, customer reviews and your replies to them.

We never see your Google password.

Information We Store

• The Google Account email and the client name we label it with.
• A login token that lets us act on your listings without asking you to sign in each time. It is encrypted before it is stored.
• The names and IDs of the listings on your account.
• A log of the actions we take: what we did, on which listing, when, and whether it worked.

We do not store a copy of your reviews or photos beyond what is needed to carry out an action you asked for.

How We Use It

We use this information only to carry out the actions described above for the account owner. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of reviewers or customers.

Sharing

We do not share Google user data with anyone, except:

• Service providers that host the tool and its database on our behalf, under confidentiality and security obligations.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the security of the tool.

Web Wiz’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

Login tokens are encrypted before storage, database access is restricted to the tool’s own servers, and only authorized Web Wiz staff can operate the tool.

Retention and Deletion

We keep your information while your account is connected. You can disconnect at any time by removing Web Wiz GBP Manager at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing us. Within 30 days of a request or of you revoking access, we delete your stored login token and the listing information we hold for your account.

Children

The tool is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
